Terms and Conditions for Allen Wrench

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging the service of Allen Wrench , you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Allen Wrench.

2. Services

Allen Wrench agrees to provide construction services as described in the project proposal or contract. Any additional services requested by the client will be subject to additional terms and charges.

3. Payment

Clients agree to pay Allen Wrench according to the payment schedule outlined in the contract. Failure to make payments on time may result in project delays or additional charges.

4. Changes to the Scope of Work

Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional charges and time extensions may apply to changes in the scope of work.

5. Delays

Allen Wrench is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, regulatory issues, or client-related delays. We will make reasonable efforts to complete the project on time.

6. Warranty

Allen Wrench provides a warranty period for our construction services. Details of the warranty coverage are outlined in the project contract.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and approvals for the construction project. Clients must also ensure access to the construction site and provide a safe working environment for our team.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract if the other party breaches any material obligation under these terms and conditions. Termination terms and conditions are outlined in the project contract.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential, including but not limited to plans, designs, and financial information.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Allen Wrench , without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning its subject matter.
